This page explains how refunds, cancellations and returns work for RastaRoots Founder Pre-Orders and future product purchases.
Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to order status.
Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Founder Pre-Order Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch.
The RastaRoots Discovery Collection is currently available as a Founder Pre-Order. You may request to cancel your pre-order before your order has been dispatched.
Email [email protected] with your order number, full name and the email address used to place the order.
Before Dispatch
Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the status of your order.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Returns
Returns after delivery.
Due to the nature of tea and consumable products, we can only accept returns where items are unopened, unused and in their original packaging, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged Orders
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened tea products cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot refund to a different card, bank account or PayPal account.
